As a dancer, Emily has trained in many dance styles such as tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical/contemporary, and hip hop. She has even trained with choreographers such as Chris Thomas of the Elektrolytes dance crew (winners of 7th season of America's Best Dance Crew) and Brooke Lipton. Currently, Emily is a dance instructor and choreographer at Leap of Faith Dance and Performing Arts in Gilbert, Arizona. Occasionally, Emily enjoys going back to her high school to teach master classes or set choreography on her old dance company directed by Kristen Grippo (president of AZDEO). The next step Emily would like to take in her career after graduating from ASU is become a high school dance educator and even run her own dance program one day. She hopes to inspire students and also be inspired by her students.
