Prior to joining Capital One full-time, I had the opportunity to intern at Capital One in the Commercial Banking line of business where my scope of work consisted primarily of project managing the enterprise consumer payments team through two enterprise partnership conversions alongside my manager. After graduating from James Madison University in 2016, I was welcomed back to Capital One as a full time associate in the Management Rotation Program. My first role was focused on leading complex projects in our enterprise HR organization, and I enjoyed seeing the value of these efforts as a direct impact to our associate base. As part of the rotation program, I had the unique opportunity to experience a second role in just two years. I landed in our Operational Risk Management department leading and managing complex projects and programs where I've been able to learn about the foundations of risk management and the basis for how we are federally regulated.
