Analyzes causes, determines future action to reduce these occurrences, prepares and maintains statistical records of all incidents. Prepares periodic reports of incident/accident, highlighting and analyzing problem areas and recommending preventive measures. •Establish, implement, and follow – HSE "HSE integrated management system in accordance to ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. •Prepared the emergency plan, updating the plan regularly, conducting regular planned and unplanned emergency drills in all fields and on different objects/scenarios. •Conduct training for the fields employees on all HSE aspects to promote safety culture inside the organization. •Monitoring and auditing for the field activities for instance "lifting equipment “cranes, forklift , Etc” operations. •Organize, evaluate and prescribe safety meetings, tool box meeting. •Safety inspection for the rigs prior starting work and conduct audits during the work. •Responsible to maintain HSE facilities "firefighting, marine escape and surviving equipment to be available in case of emergency. •Participate in contractor’s performance evaluation after finishing their work in the fields.
