I have the chance to lead the next generation XFOV program as LSD to M1 delivering clear requirement and led successful concept review, delivered detector specification, full risk retirement plan, reliability strategy, regulatory strategy ,IQ specification and system integration. also I have the chance to initiate a global engineering change control ( eCCB) for three site, to stardardize the template, the process and understand the impact of any change to all three sites ( MKE, NY ,& BJ). another fun part of this job was to see the launch of the Senoclair Mammography Tomosynthises System and be part of the detector/system integration, address few issues came up at the last minutes ( like RCN), Row correlated noise. detector integration was great between the system and the component as well , since we have to submit PMA for the Tomosynthises to the FDA and being part of that data collection and analysis and review is greater.
