In addition to our private clients, I liaise with up to 45 Builders concurrently to make sure that every job is finalised in a timely and professional manner. I process job files as they come to me from our show room. I advise our contractors of upcoming jobs and let them know when the jobs are ready for them to attend. I also advise all of our installers of the installation schedule every week once it is complete. I am responsible for the majority of the data entry in the factory. Keeping track of appliances and sanitaryware received for each job and entering benchtops and board as received from our multiple suppliers. I also chase up any of the called-up items that may not have been received on time, so we have them for the jobs when they go to site. In my previous roles within the banking industry, as with my current role there is a strong focus on customer service, which I have always excelled at. Building rapport and empathising have always been strong suits of mine and I pride myself on my ability to take ownership and follow through with queries and complaints as they present themselves. I am highly regarded by a lot of the clients I work with and am told often that I am the go-to when they need something done!
