My roles have also at times required a high degree of flexibility, such as having to travel, sometimes at very short notice, to undertake tasks in other company locations, which I was happy to do. The infosec arena is something I am extremely interested in and am focused upon , I studied to obtain CISSP status, taking a residential course with FIREBRAND training. I completed this on 24th October 2022 and gained 40 cpe points, the highest achievable in any one year with ISC2 I intend to study for CISM CISA and C- CISO qualifications in July 2023 to further expand my skillset. I am seeking contract opportunities that utilise my existing skill set or contract or permanent opportunities in the InfoSec arena. I have many years demonstrable experience in all 8 CISSP domains and have worked on several security projects with BP and at the House of Commons, namely in the areas of environment hardening, threat and vulnerability detection, computer forensics, chain of custody/evidence handling and social engineering Additionally, I was seconded from the Parliamentary Communications Directorate to work with the security services, specifically in the planning, testing and enforcement of heightened physical security measures at the Palace of Westminster during several State occasions, and on three separate State openings of Parliament.
