Born in Madrid, Spain, Elizabeth graduated from Princeton University and holds a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas Law School, where she was an editor of the Texas Law Review. She also completed the University of London's Program in European Union Law, where she took Special Honors in EU Internal Trade Law and EU Environmental Law. Elizabeth is active in Leadership Austin, a community leadership program, where she serves on the Alumni Committee. She is also co-chair of the Princeton University Alumni Schools Committee for Austin and Central Texas.
