I led the organization’s strategy and implementation for state and private exchanges. I was Chief of Staff to the CEO. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, I developed a keen understanding of consumer behavior, engagement, and risk management. Previously, I was a leader on the Global Services management team for Saba Software, building worldwide consultative service capabilities.
