While I was in middle school, first learning how to clean and tune guitars. I eventually moved on to repairing instruments and then to teaching guitar and moved on from there to sales. I have always enjoyed retail sales and I have always felt confident and competent as a sales associate. At 18 I took over some management duties at our stores and decided that's what I enjoyed doing growing, developing ,building a great brand. My Goal Offering our customers a positive and enjoyable musical experience whether it was there first time to our stores or there hundredth. I received my BA in Management from Northern Michigan University with a minor in music. I was a a guitar instructor for over 8 years and I enjoy occasionally taking on students I have strong background in I.T. and have a solid understanding of our POS AIMsi as well as Crystal Reports. A large part of my job is maintaing and developing the new technologies we use in our industry I have had experience in the I.T. field developing websites and corporate networks as well as phone systems. Some graphic / website design. I enjoy working in this unique industry and have met many long term friends and associates that all share a common passion and interest in the music industry.
