Also involved in preparation of LOOP FOLDERS for all Instruments related with process with close and open loop also for interlocks push buttons with DCS of YOKOGAWA CS-1000 / 3000 . • Familiar with Rose Mount Smart Transmitter, Smar, Yokogawa, Fuji Honeywell and Foxboro. Calibrated Controllers, Converters, Recorders & Indicators of Rosemount, Taylor & Yokogawa.Worked on Control Valves and Positioners of Masoneilan SV II, Fisher, Valtek also familiar with Rosemount HART 275 communicator & BT-200 (YOKOGAWA), Fuji, ABB,Honeywell , EMERSON Process Management Rosemount HART 375 communicator Also Transmitters like PT,PDT,FT,LT,TT. • Familiar in Calibration and commissioning of all instrument in GAS and STEAM TURBINE. • Familiar in Calibration of motor operated valves (MOV) with AUMA and ROTORK with Electric Actuator. • Familiar in Calibration and Maintenance of Level Trolls of Fisher, Masonelian, Automat Electronic, Mangetrol & Foxboro. • Familiar in Operation of Switches for Level Pressure Flow & Temperature, Vibrations and also Repairing and Calibration of Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, RTD's Sensors & Thermocouples. Conductivity meters, PH meters of Polymetron Also assemble, install. Connect Instruments to hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical lines. • Having knowledge about Read & understanding of P & I Drawing, hook ups and loop diagrams. I have good experience with configuration, calibration and programming all of field instruments , analitical and control systems.
