The achievement was based on my commitment devoted to new responsibilities, capacity to administer financial, human resources, teamwork building, timely result based planning with project stakeholders including but not limited to relevant government ministries, agencies, NGOs, development partners and other stakeholders in the targeted thematic areas, focused budgeting, supervision, monitoring of field activities and keen in decision making.
