My subject specialism is in travel and tourism where I have taught up to level 5 however, as an adaptable and effective educator I have the experience, ability and skills to teach effectively on a range of subjects, qualifications and courses ✏️. Through CPD I have furthered my knowledge in SEND and inclusive education. Having completed training courses with the National Autistic Society and others I have developed a wealth of knowledge in inclusive education. Currently practicing as an effective SEND lecturer. During my time at University of Chester Business School I was president of UoC Tourism society 🌍 and Vice President of University of Chester Events management society. During my time as president of the tourism society the society was shortlisted for a number of excellence awards 🏆. I have gained dynamic experience working within the youth sector with the RAF Air Cadets and in delivering the National Citizenship Service (NCS) programme to young people across Cheshire. In these roles I was responsible for creating a safe, encouraging learning environment which allowed young people to flourish and achieve their full potential. I also have experience in the private security industry as a reputable qualified SIA Door Supervisor 👮‍♂️. I have undertook roles at major events venues, popular city centre venues, NHS sites and vulnerable persons shelters. I have experience in event management, event health and safety, risk assessment writing, stewarding, crowd control and general event security as well as leading security teams.
