I worked at Best Buy services dept before it became GeekSquad learning audio video equipment and then when CPU repair was merged into on dept, I thought, "a new challenge!" that humble begining lead me down my career path that is equal parts understanding front line member or customer service and background hard technology skills from a wide range of disciplines. Understanding that all people have different skill levels and communication at every level is paramount for getting things done. Working in the break fix application support to design of automation and the care, detail of core design and maintenance; it has been thrilling to go to work each day never knowing what challenges it may bring but using experience, careful analysis and working quickly to problem solve brings a sense of accomplishment for me and my team. I am a proud father of 2 amazing children and an advocate for autistim awareness and a husband to a beautiful and gifted Nurse.
