And that's why I love industries like retail, airlines, banks and telcos. They understand the power of data and are making mighty steps in the data driven world. I lead teams which specialise in digital marketing; marketing operations; marketing transformation; customer personalisation; audience management; content and channel management; and marketing performance measurement. Teams that recognise that data, analytics, technology and content cannot operate in a vacuum.
