Ean Myers Email & Phone Number | I have been responsible for remote/onsite desktop support, along with being the sole supervisor for a 6 floor hospital during a software transition. I recently lead a team through an electronic discovery of assets within 5 separate hospitals. In my short time since entering the IT field, I have been able to work for major corporations such as 3-D Technology located in Nashville, TN and Walmart's Home Office located in Bentonville, AR. While working for Walmart, I was a Point of Sales Technician which means that I was responsible for maintaining and updating Point of Sales controllers and registers in stores across North and South America. This was done by remotely accessing the store's systems to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. From there I moved on to working with 3-D Technology and was promoted to a team lead. There I was able to lead a team through five different hospitals across 3 different states. My team was solely responsible for testing a brand new database software as well and were able to hone our ability to work remotely through remote data entry. I am currently working in Desktop Client Support at Harding University. Here I provide customer support via phone, email, and chats for hardware and software questions/issues. I utilize remote access software such as TeamViewer and Kaseya to help provide support to faculty and staff all over campus, along with our multiple remote locations in other states.
