After leaving Amazon I looked for more IT opportunities and landed a contractor position with ATOS for Siemens Healthineers, Originally brought on to do Windows 7-10 migrations was quickly turned into a more responsible role, IT Support Specialist II where I conducted windows 7 to windows 10 system migrations through an imaging-based system called NetPro2000. Processed and troubleshoot installed software such as Teracopy, SAP, Circuit, and Office 365 and had a responsibility to do data backup/ data transfers using the Druva system. Takes part in ticket-based break-fix, over the phone/in-person/email-based troubleshooting. Trained new hires in the windows migration process. Leading to my current role with Randstad another contractor but for Discover card. My responsibilities as a Desktop support specialist are to maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems, installs new programs, manages updates and provides technical support to end users through a ticketing system called Service Now. Can assist end users with a series of issues over the phone, through email/Microsoft Teams, in person, or through remote assistance. Also conduct re-imaging with build sticks for Laptops and Workstations or use HPDM for Thin Clients to remotely re-image. Answers Break fix request as well.
