Dumitru Telehoi Email & Phone Number | I am an experienced Project Planner with background in small and big size project in the Oil & Gas industry both onshore and offshore. My career started in Project Controls as Document Controller for the Construction and Commissioning of the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2. It was there that I experienced what discipline and hard work means, the need for accurate and timely information and the importance of meeting deadlines. After this I have crossed sides to project planning and after intense training course I started planning offshore projects under the close supervision of Mr. Howard Cleave, an immensely experienced master in planning for offshore Oil & Gas. Those two years provided to me the right challenge to keep hooked up on this area and although I felt I was professionally motivated each day, at the end of the month the pay wasn’t great. So I went on with a new challenge for my career as a consultant in implementation of project management solutions. This time I was on the client’s side providing services for companies undertaking project in a multitude of areas (i.e. administration, engineering, construction). Completing a project each 3-4 months each time in different towns for different companies gave me an important opportunity to work with different teams with different objectives. I did not consider myself a born team leader but I adapted quickly and soon we were organizing and managing projects efficiently. In the consulting and services business I’ve joined teams as trainer, consultant, planner and team leader and as effect I am now able to understand processes and identify where the structures require improvement. Although spare time sometimes is a luxury, I try to make the most of it. Spending time with my loves ones and friends is very important to me and when I find a spare hour I practice my bass guitar skills, gaze upon the stars or read anything that will improve my professional or general knowledge.
