In addition I have done a lot of independent work as an Approved Mental Health Professional(AMHP) during both day time and out of hours. I am easy going by nature and able to get along with both colleagues, senior managers, learners and patients at all levels. I am also a Qualified Practice Educator and have seen a good number of students passing through my hands. I am a confident practitioner who works calmly even in the face of a crisis but in doing so paying attention to procedure and detail.
