He has been a featured speaker on estate planning and investment management topics at numerous industry meetings as well as educational forums. Doug began his financial services career in 1974. He attained the CLU designation in 1981; the ChFC designation in 1983, and most recently he earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation from the American College in 2015. Doug graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1973 with a degree in economics.
