I have directly managed projects ranging up to 10M (40 people) to focused SaaS projects in areas as varied as infrastructure, application development, and IT strategy development. I have also successfully performed various roles in the PMO as a Portfolio Manager and IT Business partner. I wish to consolidate and leverage my experience and skills across a range of projects, to improve the outcomes to the client by ensuring the projects align to strategic objectives and follow sound Project Management practice in order to reduce risk and increase repeatability. While my experience has been in commercial organisations, I am also open to playing a key role in an organisation that delivers community value such as non-profits, governments and those who can demonstrate a culture of inclusion, respect for the individual, and management who engender solid leadership qualities.
