Implemented this system at Air Design becoming one of the first companies to do so, providing higher quality systems at reduced costs. • Trained HVAC and General Sheet Metal Classes on a weekly basis to create a steady flow of experienced, well-trained apprentices for the company.. Prepared own lesson sheets and discussions regarding types of sheet metal work, soldering procedures, air conditioner installation, and all aspects of HVAC system installation and designs. • Developed an employee bidding system that improved employee morale while reducing costs. This system allowed a crew the freedom to bid a job for total labor costs. If management approved this bid, the crew is paid based on that cost. I really enjoy this industry and I love the people I work with throughout my days. There is nothing I would rather be doing right now.
