I also serve as a domain name dispute panelist at six of the world's arbitration service providers. I created a YouTube "masterclass" on domain name disputes: www.Giga.Law/masterclass I publish the only regular report about domain name dispute statistics and trends: www.Giga.Law/digest In addition to filing complaints for trademark owners under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), I also file complaints under the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) and other country code top-level domain (ccTLD) dispute policies, such as those that apply to .us, .ca, .au, .uk, .nl, and many others. Following ICANN's expansion of the domain name system in 2012, I represented trademark owners and domain name applicants in objection proceedings.
