Senior leadership leveraged this new robust business analytics for business evaluation and decision making. My constant data transformation also enabled predicative analytics to forecast business performance. Chairing the Maintenance Pricing Committee, I partnered with business leaders in sales, service delivery, operations and engineering to benchmark and set annual maintenance pricing. An advocate of the adoption of Business Intelligence tools, I enjoy learning, promoting, launching and optimizing them in business processes. Pursuing and expanding new businesses development globally elevated my impact. Bringing strategy and finance experts on a cross functional team, we identified railcar leasing business framework within the restrictive Chinese regulatory environment. I moved to Shanghai to manage this leasing joint venture. Building strategic alliance with stakeholders including local financial institutions, minister-level government bureaus and Fortune 500 companies, we built a structured, transparent and repeatable business development process. Leveraging relationships with our local joint venture partner, we quickly pivoted to adapt to the market in the constantly changing environment. Built on a foundation of diverse experience in two largest economies across a range of functions and industries, I continue to adapt and disrupt.
