Dooyoung Lee is a • Modeling and simulation scientist in the areas of mechanism-based PK/PD and QSP (Quantitative Systems Pharmacology) in pre-clinical and clinical development. • Expertise in designing and implementing preclinical PK/PD models, mechanistic PK/PD models, Physiologically-based PK models, QSP models, multi-scale computational models in support of pre-clinical and clinical development projects. • Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering and academic/industrial postdoctoral experience in computational systems biology in immune systems and QSP modeling in human blood coagulation to guide efficacious human dose selection. • Specialties: Mechanistic PK/PD modeling, QSP (quantitative systems pharmacology) modeling, biological modeling, cellular bioengineering, computational systems biology, fluid mechanics, quantitative cellular assay, immunology, hemostasis/thrombosis, bio-rheology. • Proven success as an influential member in multidisciplinary teams; Peer-reviewed publications and external presentations.
