The Customer Service Specialist provides timely support to volunteers and the professional staff event coordinators, processes all membership applications, yearly renewals, and new units, Eagle Scout Applications and other forms are processed as required in a timely efficient manner. Maintenance and creation of accurate cash receipt records for submission to accounting and registration are required. I fully support all other registration and reporting duties, as assigned. I provide support to the Program Center Manager, Director of Program and the Director of Camping.
