Familiarity in setting numerical method for the study of the aerodynamic phenomena and structural loads involved in the various flight conditions. Intense leadership and communication skills thanks to the continuous teamwork and know-how exchange during my current job. Great flexibility and enthusiasm to lead the changes, in terms of work and not only. Strong attitude to become a very active member in a working group and, at the same time, able to work independently.
