Next to that, I was creating oData services and implementing web portals that consume those services. In addition, I delivered several trainings (technical and functional) in the area of SAP FS-PM and SAP ABAP. Besides the project work, I had the roles of Community of Practice lead (organization of gathering and exchanging knowledge) and team lead (line manager for the team of 7 people). Nowadays, my additional roles on the project are SAP FS-PM developers guild co-lead (organization of gathering and exchanging knowledge, improving SAP development way of working) and SAP development lead (creating, improving and enforcing development guidelines; contact person for all developers on the platform (40+ of them) to help with any questions, issues or technical solution approach decisions).
