Provide information & discuss with next shift engineer regarding production activity. Over 11 years of experience with Vedanta Limited, a 1.4MTPA Green Field Project. Joined as Process Technician in the year 2005 when the project stage is in progress.Involved in lot of project activites (white side operation) line equipment installation,piping, hydrotest of equipments, preparing SOPs which latter followed by commissioning & stabilising activities. Got promoted in the year 2007 to Process controller and assigned a role of Shift Incharge of White Side in the refinery. Got the highest award for business excellence"the Star of Business-sept 2008”. My team has been awarded two times team of the month as well as the CEO kitty award, 6 times best shift award as far as production KPIs are concern. In the year 2011 , got promoted to Assistant Manager White Side & continuing my job with my team. My job role involves production planning as per BP focussing much on quality n COP, training of new joinees, preparing SOPs & reviewing it, Preparing LLF sheets for critical equipments. Ensuring quality is maintained for internal customers as per the service level agreements I am the inter-industry badminton runner's up , Intra group badminton champion, Lead my cricket team to intra group cricket title three times in a row from year2009 to 2011 & lead the team to corporate league title"2014 among 32 other corporates
