I have won that contest. • I got promoted in Feb-2019- Branch-in-Charge to Business Manager in Ludhiana, one of the biggest Branch in Pan Punjab due to my significant performance as now khanna Branch AUM was 23 CR and NPA is 0.45% • When I join Ludhiana Branch AUM is 94cr and NPA is 4.28%. Overall branch was doing 4.5cr business, after that I have guide to the team and empanel channel, connecter and build relation with dealer’s so we achieved 300% used business and we touched highest figure 6.15 CR within 4-5 month of my joining in the branch. Budget of 19-20 is 35 Cr in used and 32 cr in new, almost 200% used business target as compare to previous year budget given to me. We have achieved the budget target and reduce the NPA as well. Now Branch AUM is 117cr and NPA is 2.6%.
