Continuous focus to reduce OPEX/supply tail rationalization with emphasis on the following: - Outsourcing of facilities management, travel , fleet management, call centres etc.; - Consolidation of media agencies (e.g. creative, digital, design) under a single agency - Sourcing of low cost and fit for purpose products e.g. consumer devices, SIM cards etc.
