Between 2001 and 2015, my main accomplishments as Executive Director at Arthur J Gallagher were to build the Charity Solutions Division from the ground up to a position where it had a very large number of charity clients and to win the Insurance Services Award at the Charity Times Awards 2011. I devised and implemented the products and services, led the relationship management of the clients and selected and managed the many staff who delivered the insurance services to charity members. During this period I developed considerable experience of affinity and partnerships business in the insurance and financial services arenas. More recently this was put to very good use in the role of Account Director in the Building Society sector. In my previous career in the banking sector, with Nat West, I was one of the youngest branch managers and took two under-performing branches to within the Top 10. I managed a team of over 30 staff at my largest branch and implemented many innovative sales and marketing techniques. Heading up a bank branch within an inner city area, I also had to meet various challenges - not least crime and security. I am a highly motivated individual, passionate about the total satisfaction of her customers and the fulfilment of her staff. I get as much satisfaction from designing a product or operation from the ground up and making it grow, as I do from engaging even the most doubting prospect and transforming them into the most satisfied client.
