Diane Email & Phone Number | I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology in which I possess 3-4 solid years of providing Service Coordination services to the IDD population under the Title XIX Waiver Medicaid program in WV. I moved on to obtain a nursing license from the BM Spurr School of Practical Nursing in 2005. Since then I have worked in a variety of nursing roles, for various companies. The main nursing company I worked for was Maxim Healthcare where I was able to gain much experience in the nursing field and learned to adapt to working on my own. I earned my RN, ADN in 2016 with a GPA of 3.5 and passed my NCLEX boards in May of 2019, in 76 questions. I have some hospital experience on the Medical-Surgical unit and now work as a MDS Coordinator and learning the RAI process at a fast pace. I hope to hone my skills as a MDS Coordinator and grow with my current role. I enjoy diving into charts and getting out on the floor to meet my patients to complete the RAI process. I am seeking to obtain my RNAC from the AANAC after the new year and plan to obtain my BSN next fall.
