Dhirosha Govender Email & Phone Number | Growing up, I always thought ones career path needs to go a certain direction and is always aligned with your study of choice. Little did I know that my career path in Life would take me through many years of different experiences and exposures that made me the person I am today and more importantly gave me the confidence to choose paths that weren't necessarily on my radar. Based on my vast experiences, I am fortunate enough to fit into not just a specific job profile but a few that have enhanced my opportunities and life experiences ten fold. I have experience in the Sales Industry, starting off as a Call Centre Agent at Blake. Thereafter spreading my wings into the HR Field, starting as a HR Assistant & then becoming a HRBP Talent Acquisition Practitioner at Edcon. Thereafter I started my tenure with my company Absa, being a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Events and Marketing Specialist and fast forward to today, an E-Commerce and Customer Relationship Management Specialist. Where studies are concerned, I obtained my Honors in Industrial Psychology with UKZN Howard College in 2012. I have a Project Management Certification with University of Pretoria in 2018. This year, I have completed a UCT Market Research, Consumer Insights, and Competitor Analysis online short course through Get Smarter. My passion has always been people, I absolutely love networking, collaborating with various stakeholders and leaving places better than they are found. Definitely would call myself a perfectionist, in the best ways possible and always aim to make a difference, and strive for excellence when doing it! Customer Experience is one of my favorite things, knowing at the heart that we all are Customers in some shape or form and just the ability to make that difference for the greater good is extremely rewarding. Execution of Events and Projects are also some of my favorite pass times and key strengths, always looking for ways to re-invent the wheel in a creative, dynamic, and trendy fashion and keeping up with those Competitors. I love movies, series, drawing, writing poems, park runs, tennis, gaming, hiking and absolutely love travelling to name more than a few. I'm simply put, a go-getter adrenaline junkie, that loves making the most out of this thing called Life. My motto is to Live your best Life always & never stop creating opportunities for yourself.
