Expertise in field of quality assurance and quality inspection at EPC companies with utilizing technical and communication skills, relevant industrial exposure, and computer skills.  Checking the availability of latest Drawing, specification, procedure.  Full review of all the quality of the work & documentation for acceptance against the project specifications.  Checking the Fit-Up & ensuring its cleanliness prior to tack welds.  Carried out Weld Visual Inspection of pipeline.  Reviewing & Selection of WPS for Welder Qualification, certification and execute the job.  Witnessing of Welder Qualification as per ASME SEC IX.  visual Inspection And PMI of In-coming Material(Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel etc.), Welding(SMAW, GTAW, SAW etc.), Structural, Fabrication Parts, In service equipments like vessels, Heat exchanger, Column etc.  Frequently monitoring of Post Weld Heat Treatment Chart.  Selection of the NDT weld joint as per ASME 31.3 & Project specification.  Major responsibility is of NDT Inspection like RT, UT, and MPT & DPT of above ground piping, under ground piping and Structure.  Interpretation of Radiography Films.  Radiography co-ordinate with sub contractor.  Witnessing of In-situ Chemical analysis of C.S., Alloy Steel and S.S. material.  Verification of welding consumables such as welding electrodes, filler wires, consumable inserts, gases, fluxes etc.  Releases for all materials to be allowed on site.  Hydro test and Pneumatic test in above & under Ground Piping.  Inspection Vertical & Horizontal Plumb ness / Alignment as per Tolerance requirement.  Inspection of Bolt tightness as per Project/customer specification.  Wrapping & Coating Inspection of under Ground Piping like Coltar enamel and HPLT etc.  Witnessing of the Holiday Test & Adhesion (Peel) Test.  Witnessing the Cathodic protection of attachments up to complete & ensure for releasing.  Performing as an Auditor at different site.  Final loop, Mechanical and Isometrics clearance.  Conducting Sub-System Dossier Clearance.  Additional training given by Reliance Specialties: QA/QC-INSPECTION-OPERATION/PROJECT-CONSTRUCTION & INSERVICE
