During 2021-22, over 1 Lakh women SHGs have been disbursed bank loan amount of Rs 1407 Crore in state of Madhya pradesh. This bank loan amount has enabled over 1 million rural families to strenghten their livelihood activities through farm & non farm sector activities. During my earlier tenure with Lupin foundation as MP state head, Lupin foundation has been honored by Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan (Hon Chief Minister, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh) as best CSR organisation of Madhya Pradesh for exemplary multi sector rural development work. Further, Shri Raghuram Rajan (Ex Governor, Reserve bank of India), visited us to see impact on poverty reduction through women self help group program. We were also honored by Amity Global business school, Indore as best CSR organisation in state of Madhya Pradesh. I am working for last 23 years, in rural development sector with focus on poverty reduction ( Women self help group promotion & Micro Finance, farmer Institution development, Crop yield enhancement & Diversification, Irrigation Development, Youth skill training & employment program) and social development (Education, health & village institution building ) programs across states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharastra, Rajasthan & Gujarat. Working in these aforesaid sectors across these four states, have enabled me to have expertise in program formulations & implementation through community based institution for poverty alleviation & social development. This kind of valuable skill set was accomplished through working across Government, Corporate & NGO sector.
