Taking care of your employees = Your employees taking care of your customers = Almost never having to worry about your bottom line This small but powerful equation has leaded me to be a part of and manage some pretty awesome teams. People are a company’s biggest asset; it’s really all about the people (employees and customers). Proper training and setting each employee up for success, no matter the position they hold, in the company, is important for solid foundation of knowledge and future employee growth. This way of thinking has helped me to be part of one of my biggest work feats to date and also one of the most rewarding. I was able to be one part of a three person manager team that worked closely with the director of operations to recreate our on boarding, training and, ongoing learning programs.
