I thrive in environments where the work is fresh and the focus is on moving forward. For the past 6 years I have been creating tooling design solutions to meet the needs of aircraft manufacturers as they develop advanced prototypes and introduce new products to their production facilities. I have worked on a dozen projects of substance. These roles have provided me with the space to cultivate both my creative process and my design analysis skills. As a compliment to my professional design experience, I have ample hands-on experience wrenching on machines and fabricating my own personal projects. I grew up working on my father's farm operating heavy equipment and subsequently repairing and improving it when it failed. These experiences have given me valuable perspective which I employ today whenever I'm visualizing how a design will be physically assembled, operated, and handled.
