He developed work-outs, LBOs, M&A and finance strategies, and debt restructures, pre bankruptcy work-outs for institutional and middle-market clients globally. Prior to accepting his current leadership position with Pinnacle Management, and over the past 13 years, Mr. Amodio has maintained several board and executive positions with some of the largest corporations in real estate, finance, transportation/ logistics, private aviation and travel- related sector. Having lived and worked as a C level executive abroad for four years, Mr. Amodio offers a real world international prospective to his companies that allows for competitive local/international structures to help capture additional market share. Currently, Mr. Amodio is now the Managing Member of Pinnacle Management Group and sits on the boards of its subsidiary companies. Mr. Amodio and PMG employ a hands-on operational approach with its subsidiaries and partners to help to unlock and growing value post-close. Mr. Amodio’s goal is to develop synergies between his portfolio of companies to create a vertically intergraded portfolio that is highly efficient and very competitive in the UHNW travel market. Making PMG a very competitive alternative to market leaders such as Net Jets, Vista Jets and Flex Jets.
