My work is described as a unique combination of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. I also perform stretching on my clients, cranio-sacral, reiki and other Eastern and Western modalities. I am certified in Pre- and Perinatal Massage by Carole Osborne. A top authority in the field of infant and prenatal massage, Ms. Osborne has developed her own style of somatic-emotional maternity care since 1980, and I have incorporated these techniques in my work. I have grown to love my work as a Massage Therapist and have a strong belief in its ability to heal the mind and body.
