Pilates helps re-balance and open the muscles of the spine and shoulders, realign the spine, lengthening the whole body and strengthen the core muscles. This aids in better posture, more efficient breathing, reducing or alleviating fatigue, improving concentration, promoting clearer thinking and the list goes on and on."
