In-Home Services are for children whose parent/parents have “substantiated,” reports of child abuse. These children remain living in the family home despite the incidents of child abuse. In-Home Services focus is on teaching skills and supporting the family to address the child abuse concerns.• Responsible for day to day management of federally contracted (Bureau of Prisons) residental re-entry halfway home for male and female federal offenders released from prison. • Responsible for care of offender population, including male, female offenders, US Probation violators, materal witnesses, jail diversion clients and sex offenders. • Provided strict accountability of offender population whereabouts. • Provided overall administration of the facility, staff and programs. • Provided leadership and direction to program staff. • Monitored and evaluated programs effectiveness. • Managed all fiscal requirements within the facility. • Compiled all required documentation and ensured the accuracy of monthly billing. • Maintained the safety of the physical plant.
