At Freshworks, I was fortunate to be the product leader for Freshdesk - the flagship customer experience product and a global leader in this segment. Managing a 250M+ ARR product line with 50000+ customers and a globally distributed team - while contending with travel restrictions - was a great learning experience in how process and culture build high performing teams across time zones. HighRadius was the start of my product + business ownership path. I was the product leader for the global payments and invoicing product, growing it 10X over 6 quarters. As the product (global payments) was complex and targeted at a new type of expert users (company controllers), I defined and operationalised the sales and marketing playbook for this product line. Payments is an exciting space with new things being unveiled daily, but requires zero issues for all transactions. It’s a demanding space that developed my ability to learn new things all the time and drive flawless product implementations. At Zyme/E2Open I was a founding member of the product team. Over 7 years, I grew to owning multiple product lines that solved businesses’ pain points of sales channel visibility and leakage of partner sales incentives. Tech manufacturers typically got info from their sales channel partners after 30 days. This delay made it hard to know actual sales and plan production. Our platform reduced this latency to 1 day. It was a great experience solving real world problems with tech and seeing customer value delivered first-hand. Symphony/Harman was the start of my PM journey. I managed a SaaS enterprise BI product that incorporated best in class visualisations, guided analysis, scenario building and collaboration.
