I started in 2006 and quickly real estate became my passion. I love to negotiate on my client's behalf to get the best deal! I will assist buyers through the entire process and help them find just the right home within their financial comfort zone. I am a true believer in the Golden Rule. I stay up to date on the real estate market, technology and finding ways to have my listings on every real estate website possible. I love creating new ways to advertise my listings that no one else has tried and it's a great feeling when my sellers get excited to see how our marketing standouts. I have been blessed because even in the "rough" years I never had a bad year. I have sold more every year than the year before. I am one of the top producers in the Eastern area of town. I have found a love for helping first time home buyers, we specialize in new construction and foreclosures. I served on the PTA for years and 2 years as Vice-President of Paine's PTA. I have received the Club of Excellence awards, RE/MAX Cooperative Spirit Award, RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX 100% Club and named one out of five "Trussville Tribune's Readers Top 5 Best Realtors in Trussville". I have achieved my e-Pro (tech), Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of Realtors have this designation, highest designation an agent can achieve) and Accredited Buyer Representative Designations from the National Association of Realtors. I serve on the Birmingham Association of Realtors MLS Technology Committee and Professional Development Committee (Committee Chair 2012).
