Identify depleting customers and control them. . Authorisation of cash & non-cash (Demand Draft /Managers Cheque; RTGS/NEFT/Fund Transfer) transactions and ensuring transactions are carried out within the prescribed TAT and without any error as well as doing lobby management. . Cash remittance to currency chest. . Authorising entries of FD closure/Account Closure/ Death Claim Settlements. . Fortnightly reporting like 10 lacs and above, Operational TOD, suspense account monitoring and reporting. . Execute all sorts of foreign exchange transactions and reporting within the prescribed TAT. . Monitoring both SQ and Normal Audit compliance for branch. . Execute Locker Operations by maintaining all procedures. Monitoring & execution of various process and circular by the tellers and giving guidance on improving the same in conjunction with the Branch Head. . All other operational activities . . Branch Administration including Housekeeping, Upkeep etc. . Promoting all direct banking channels & ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same. . Monitoring tellers for the generation of sales references of Asset, Liability & TPT products & other direct banking channel products and generation of revenue from the tellers. Competencies: Banking Product Knowledge; Planning & organising skill; Team management; Awareness of banking regulations Certificates: AMFI Cerification Softwares Known: Finacle (at CBOP), Finware, Flexcube, UBS & other software applications required for daily activities.
