Virtual Process Planning for Assembly (VPPA) for Medium Wheel Loader (MWL) & Hydraulic Excavator (HEX) using TEAMCENTER: Siemens PLM Software Creating the Visual aids for all operations to educate the assembler Doing Quality check for Documentation and Visual Aids to eliminate errors and maintain 100% quality.Prepared monthly Q-line reports and Cost of quality. Daily Quality problems follow up, taking & freezing counter measures. Daily work management-Hourly & Daily Dispatch & WIP Follow up. Planning Day to Day Production to Achieve Maximum Production. Utilization of manpower accurately. Arranging Requirement Tools & Parts for line. Monitoring & eliminating OS&D, Rejection by using problem solving technique.
