Dr Vivian has been the director of multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinics since 1984. These clinics have typically provided patients with advanced treatments and programs in pain management assessment, functional assessment, functional restoration and post-operative rehabilitation. With an annual referral of over 4000 patients to the Metro Pain Group, he has performed many interventional techniques including x-ray guided procedures since 1985.
