I trained as an organisation psychologist and have over 30 years of experience, having practiced in academia and at three leading consulting firms (IBM, Mercer, ISR now part of Willis Towers Watson). I have successfully built and managed international teams with P&L responsibility - teams that were focused on talent management including employee motivation and personal development. Key skills: - Coaching leaders at all levels – focusing on effectiveness, communication, people management, performance and personal change - Working cross-culturally with leaders from different backgrounds - Group facilitation and team coaching - Interpretation and feedback of psychometric data, including 360 assessments - Creating personal development and career plans “I provide a supportive, structured coaching environment to explore your goals and feelings about your work and career. My aim is to help you develop insight into your current situation and find options for the future.
