Primary duties: improve the vendor management program in which all critical and non-critical vendors were identified, risk assessed, and contracts reviewed. Created the information and cyber security, vendor management, red flags/identity theft, and bring-your-own-device risk assessments. Developed vendor management, information security, identity theft training slides and trained over 50 branch managers and corporate department managers individually. Previously: ISO for Ameris Bank's internal auditing department. Duties included electronic and physical information security, disaster recovery, vendor management, and incident response. Developed 23 department disaster recovery plans and performing training, testing, and documentation. Identified over 50 vendors that were rated "critical or serious" to the company. Created the incident response program documented all significant events as a result of IT situations, disaster or business continuity events, or other event. With just two years to create and upgrade the programs, both the FDIC and NetBank Audit performed examinations on all programs and did not have a single finding.
