David Scofield Email & Phone Number | In 2009 Questec Mechanical, Inc. began the Design & Prefabrication department. I piloted the program from the beginning and it has successfully grown into a team of draftsmen. Our focus is to streamline production through prefabrication. We use CAD software to 3-D model mechanical & plumbing systems. Through this process we are able to model complex piping systems, coordinate with other trades, and create detailed drawings for our field & prefabrication teams. We strive to stay current with new technologies and have added laser scanning data collection and total station point layout. These tools give us a broad range of precision to collect data, model with accuracy, and share data with field personnel and other trades. Our goal is to produce an end product offsite in controlled conditions and to deliver onsite when needed with precision and accuracy.
