My part has been providing accurate and timely management information in which the important KPI's of the business are identified and reported on. Developing a paperless office (There is still some on my desk) 8 years ago i committed to scanning and storing all records. 100K and 30GB later still going. Now committed to cloud computing using: Xero for client accounting with over 100 client on it makes us a Gold user Worflowmax for time & Cost and tax Smartpay for payroll Office 365 for e-mail,word.excel M-files for document management Asana for project management Team Viewer for remote client support Lastpass for password file Still using Sage winforecast on server until i can find a web based product. The accounting profession is going through a tremendous change with the adoption of web based software. our role is changing from processing compliance data to assisting clients operating web based software and giving them up-to-date meaningful management information.
